Rating is based off service, first time at this location visiting and Morgan comes onto the speaker telling us we need to give the lady more time to make our order. First off we didn't rush, we weren't rude we pulled up to the window she could've said " still working on that come on up." Especially since it was dead. She proceeds to give us attitude at the window and say " next time give us more time to prepare your order have a great day," and closed the window and forgot to give me my danish. Next time don't be rude and forget to give all the order. If you're going to be rude make sure I have ALL my items in my order. Were taken back by the fact the barista Morgan was rude right off the bat with us and we were being nice and had not complaint the whole time until she started being rude for no reason. They always get your orders out quickly, even when it’s busy, the orders are always correct, and the people are super kind and friendly- even first thing in the morning when it’s freezing and most people would be a little miserable 😬. At the window they gave me the smallest size they had, I pointed it out and they apologized, but 4 seconds later they come back with the right size but it was them just dumping the small one into it and topping it off with a lot of whipped cream.
