UPDATED REVIEW- from 2 to 4 stars After writing that review, Nikole reached out and offered to create new items that closely resembled my flowers using a local florist. Although I was pretty disappointed, as my original flowers didnāt turn out the way I was wanting, I was grateful they were offering to give me something similar and memorable to keep forever. To say I am blown away with what I received is an understatement. To start, they are now using rubber feet at the bottom of each resin to help keep the molds level and they did send me some to put on my originals. Clearly they are working with reviews to ensure customer satisfaction because those do help offset some the uneven bottoms of my originals. The resin options are not available to preview but Nikole asked what I was picturing and we talked about their work posted on social media. They totally outdid themselves. The quality of the pieces are amazing. They are thick and the rubber feet make the coasters and tray steady. Not to mention the design of each item is beautiful!! They are full of flowers and the layering is done with attention to detail. You can see they took the time to lay each flower with intent. If these were the pieces I received originally, 5 stars without hesitation. I am extremely happy with the new pieces! I am going to keep the review at 4 because of my experience leading up to this point, but these new pieces are beautiful and the customer service of this shop is top notch.
*original * I want to start by saying Iām not one that typically writes reviews. But I feel the need to share my experience. Iām giving 2 stars because at the end of the day, I have something that holds my preserved wedding flowers, so thatās a bonus. After seeing they had all 5 star reviews before I ordered, I was very excited to have them handle my wedding flowers! I sent my bouquet to their shop and they received them 3 days later! Within the email saying theyāve received my flowers, they stated in about 6-8 weeks Iād get an email stating itās finished and ready to ship. After waiting longer than 8 weeks, I finally reached out asking about my order. They responded the next day (on a Friday) saying itād ship the following Tuesday (no biggie, I didnāt expect it to ship on the weekend) āat the latestā. After waiting almost a full week after it shouldāve shipped out, I had to reach out once more and ask for more information, as I was super excited to receive them. They responded the next day with a tracking number. Iām honestly disappointed with the result. I wouldāve thought for the price I paid and the time it took to complete my resin orders, the quality would be what others experienced. There are a ton of bubbles in my tray and the bottom is not flat. It looks like maybe there were a couple bubbles on the top that popped and left divots on the surface. The coasters donāt sit flat due to clumps of resin on the bottom, as well as bubbles too. There also arenāt many flowers nor greenery in my tray (which is partly on me because I didnāt specify) for the size of my bouquet. I just felt the need to share, incase other people are hesitant on spending that kinda...

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my order from Pressed. My order consisted of a small 10x10 frame for $209 and a ring holder for $89. I was contacted about replacing one of my roses with another one because the color of my original rose would preserve to a blue/gray color. I accepted that and paid another $18 for a new flower + sourcing fee. That was all the information I was given about my flowers potentially changing colors. I received my bouquet alil under 4 months later and was extremely disappointed. The design looked as if they just smushed a bunch of flowers into a frame with no effort in the layout at all. The ring holder that came was essentially useless because my ring would only fit about half an inch from the top so I wouldn't feel comfortable using it. The rose inside the ring holder looked as if it was jammed into the mold. All of my flowers looked dead/extremely yellow.
I reached out to explain my dissatisfaction and Nikole answered back asking to have a call. During the call she said she would be happy to and redesign the flowers in a way that I would enjoy better and took my feedback. I also mentioned my lack of trust with the ring holder and she said they heard that from other customers and offered to make me a new flat ring dish which I accepted. I was very pleased to hear they were taking my concerns seriously.
I sent my flowers back and didn't hear anything for about a month til I reached back out and then was sent a proof of my new frame. The second design was not much better than the first. The flowers didn't look like flowers and the layout still seemed as if it wasn't designed. The ring dish was better but I was not a fan of the dead rose in it. I responded saying I was still not happy and upset with the product and wanted a refund to which they said they could not give me one as the flowers had been through the whole pressing process.
They came back with a third design which looked better layout wise but my flowers are still dead and discolored and have no resemblance at all to my original bouquet.
All in all if you have white flowers I would not recommend this shop. Based on the pictures on their website I was assuming my white flowers would stay semi white during the process but that was incorrect. I would like to note that the team was very responsive and tried to rectify the situation as best as they could which is my reasoning for not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe customer service from this shop is a bit infuriating. When I contacted them to ask why my frame was late, they insisted it wasnāt late, even though they admitted it was past the 6 week time frame they gave me. When I finally received the frame, the hardware to hang it wasnāt attached to the frame, you have to drill into this extremely delicate and expensive piece of art if you want to hang it. I asked about this and they insisted that most people like it this way because they donāt even want to hang it. What are you supposed to do with a frame if not hang it on the wall? Dealing with them is like being in a Twilight Zone episode.
Iām pretty upset that I cannot display this frame. I donāt feel comfortable drilling into it to install the hardware necessary to hang it. The shop didnāt give me any actionable advice on what to do- they said just put a nail in the wall (there is nothing in the frame to secure it to the nail, itās going to fall off) or lean it on a shelf (so it can fall as soon as anyone walks near it). Iām not really sure what to do with it now, I feel pretty duped. I wish Iād picked some other service to preserve my bouquet. Iām very sad that I trusted this shop with such a sentimental object.
Edit: I was able to attach the hardware to the frame without using a drill. It was a bit harrowing to do on such a delicate piece of art. The shop suggested using a tiny screwdriver from an eyeglass repair kit, but that was too small, I had to use a normal screwdriver. Still unhappy with the gaslighting customer service and that the hardware wasnāt installed, but at least I can...
