This museum is a gem. It is smaller but packed with interesting history of the area. There are three floors of well organized exhibits that represent the area. I thought it would take us longer to see everything but we make our way through the museum in an hour and a half. We are visitors who read everything.
The museum is accessible for those with mobility issues. There is an elevator and there are accessible bathrooms on every floor. Another note is that although there are some benches throughout the museum, there didn’t seem to be enough. From someone who has mobility issues, I could enjoy the museum a lot more if they just had a few more benches throughout.

The gift shop was a good size but had limited things for sale. I bought three different packs of jelly belly jelly beans, two of which were on sale. All three had a bad expiration date, even the full price pack. They really should have noted that. I did find a book on the local history for a reasonable price.
There is metered street parking in front of and behind the building and there is a parking garage behind the building. The building and bathrooms are all handicap accessible but there are limited benches throughout the building. That was a real...
Read moreI called from out of state in search of super specific black and white photographs of the Easton area. They offered the services of one of their volunteer researchers, Howard McGinn. Mr. McGinn was super timely and offered to send me the library’s meticulously organized index of photographs by place, content, etcetera. The time and effort that must have gone into making and maintaining that index is hard to imagine. Mr. McGinn personally gleaned the photos, given my out of state status and sent me several to review/consider for my father’s liking. My father adored reminiscing over the historical photos and is now himself being inspired to do additional research on his own. All of this came from a happy and eager volunteer, Howard McGinn. ...
