Waited 3 months for the next available appointment to discuss surgery. 3 hours before the appt i get a call to say the doctor is in surgery and has to cancel the appointment. On hold for 30 minutes to try to reschedule and then told someone would call me back. End of day comes with no call

JULY 2024. If your in need of anything quickly, this is not the place. I have consistently waited for months to get appointments. You will most likely be seen by a PA not a Doctor, even after you specifically request to see the doctor only. If they tell you they will call you back, don't expect it to be within 48 hours. Waited 5 weeks for injection. No reason why other than it was approved and it must have been lost. I had to call after weeks 3 and 5 to check the status.

The payroll dept will send you bills for months after they've already been paid. Double checking and communication are not strong suits for this company.

Update August 2024- currently sitting in the office an hour past my appointment time watching others who came in 45 minutes after me get called in.

This office ran like a well oiled machine. Registration/check-in was flawless. The person checking me in was very polite, courteous and directed me to waiting room. I wasn’t there but a few minutes when someone came out to tell me they were ordering X-rays and the X-ray technologist will be out shortly. I received the X-rays and was directed back to waiting room. Not more than a few minutes someone directed me to the examining room. The provider Danielle was in soon after and she explained everything to me, showed me X-rays and then gave me a painless cortisone shot. I have shoulder impingement and a frozen shoulder. I’ve seen Physicians Assistant James Bender about three times, the doctor he works for once, and one time seeing a different doctor they referred me to for hydrodilation. PA Bender seems to have the best bedside manner out of all of them, and easiest to talk to. He’s very educated, very informative, and great at explaining things in a setting where he’s teaching his patients. Also, the rest of the staff in the office have been very pleasant and helpful.
