Thai Thai is the newest restaurant in Easton, taking over for a former juice bar in the Roche Bros shopping plaza. It's not very big, only having 4-5 tables inside and the menu is Thai street food inspired, and heavy on appetizers. We ordered a variety of dishes including tofu Pad Thai ($14.95), Thai Spring Rolls ($6.95), scallion pancakes ($6.95), chicken Satay, and pineapple fried rice ($14.95) and everything was good. The chicken Satay had this really tasty spice blend on it which I very much enjoyed. The Thai spring rolls were delicious. They have a decent amount of options available including soups, salads, curries, specials, and noodles dishes. Service was friendly and there's ample parking.

A new Thai place in Easton got me very excited! The food was amazing. My favorite were papaya salad, crispy chicken with fried rice. The staff were friendly, they can customize the dish to your liking. I told my friend about Thai Thai and she tried them also. We agreed that the noodles should be cut short. We’re used to eating long noodles such as pad Thai or vermicelli. Both of our noodle dishes had short noodles. I’d suggest you ask them to leave the noodles before ordering. Other than that everything has very good flavoring!!

The food, what little of it was there, was vey tasty. No complaints there. The portion size for the money, however, was very disappointing. It was a little bigger than a TV dinner. Almost more rice than curry. Felt like I got ripped off for the amount of money I paid.

Disappointing Pad Thai – Not Worth the Price

I had high hopes for the Pad Thai in That Thai, especially after a long wait, thinking it would be worth it. Unfortunately, the dish was really underwhelming. The noodles were dry, the flavor was overwhelmingly sweet, and it lacked the tangy, savory balance you’d expect from a traditional Pad Thai. There were only a few small pieces of chicken, which made it feel more like a side than a full meal.

For a takeout order, it was also overpriced given the quality and portion size. I wouldn’t recommend this dish and won’t be...
