Thai Thai is the newest restaurant in Easton, taking over for a former juice bar in the Roche Bros shopping plaza. It's not very big, only having 4-5 tables inside and the menu is Thai street food inspired, and heavy on appetizers.
We ordered a variety of dishes including tofu Pad Thai ($14.95), Thai Spring Rolls ($6.95), scallion pancakes ($6.95), chicken Satay, and pineapple fried rice ($14.95) and everything was good.
The chicken Satay had this really tasty spice blend on it which I very much enjoyed. The Thai spring rolls were delicious.

I had high hopes for the Pad Thai in That Thai, especially after a long wait, thinking it would be worth it. Unfortunately, the dish was really underwhelming. The noodles were dry, the flavor was overwhelmingly sweet, and it lacked the tangy, savory balance you’d expect from a traditional Pad Thai.
