I have driven past this beautiful place for 12 years and NEVER had the courage to go inside. In February my son's father past away and I was looking to see a medium for all the reasons a person would see a medium. I knew there is a pandemic going on and I always want to be mindful. I called ahead and asked if I could get an appointment with my Son's father's sister and I and if that was a problem being seen together due to the pandemic. I spoke to a very helpful woman who put me on hold for 20 minutes to confirm the two of us were alright to come in together. She confirm that would be fine because we are family. I prepaid for my visit and got very high hopes of seeing a wonderfully gifted woman for my reading. The day comes. I scheduled a sitter for my children, drove 45 minutes to their location. Get there early to purchase some of the wonderful (yet expensive) merchandise they sell. Only to be called into my appointment and told they will not see us both together due to the pandemic. That they can see us one after the other. Which was understandable, not trying to break rules, but the way the situation was handled was almost like it was our fault. The woman didnt even acknowledge the lack of information their employees had as far as what rules they are following for the pandemic. Which again things happen, I guess I am just disappointed because I had very high expections on how loving and caring the workers would have been and the lack of empathy or even acknowledgement of MY time and enegry that was wasted was very disappointing. Hopefully anyone else that comes in for the first time will have a much better experience than I. Because I am sure this place could have the potential to be a pleasant place to visit and shop (even if it's expensive). I guess I just didn't expect to be treated like just another number. Thought it would be a little more "caring/loving"...

The place was nice. They had good merchandise, people were very friendly. But I'll never come back for a reading. $60 for 30 minute tarot when 80% of it was completely off. None of my questions were answered. I went there hoping for guidance and a way forward. What I got was that I needed to step away from the man in my life who is taking advantage of me and using me and my kindness against me. I need to stop trying to be his mom. I'm paying all the bills and doing everything for him and he doesn't appreciate me at all. Once I get rid of that dead weight, I can move on and go back to doing the career I loved.
