I don't live locally and heard the food is good so I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza for take out. I asked if the pizza is made with red sauce as I only want BBQ sauce on the pizza (That is my personal preference on this type of pizza.) I was assured that the pizza would only have BBQ so when I arrived home, I was extremely disappointed to find that there was both BBQ and red sauce.
I called to let them know that they completely ignored our conversation on the phone and they made it the way I didn't like and they apologized and said they would put my name down for a free pizza next time.... My dogs ate pizza that night...
A week later I went in to eat only to be told that there was a 45 min to an hour wait so I put my number on the list and went out to my car. I decided to call from the parking lot and order my BBQ chicken pizza again to take home because why not? I was already there. I gave my name and the order and what had happened and was told 25 mins.
As I sat in my car I was called by the waitress who told me a table had opened. I explained I was waiting for my pizza but would love to eat it there as it was my only free night without kids, and so I went in to eat.
I was given my "BBQ chicken pizza" in the box. But that isn't what bothered me, the waitress said, "We make our BBQ chicken pizza with both sauces here so you need to specify which one you want when ordering." At this point, I was hungry and wasn't about to argue that I had told the person on the phone that this was very important the first time.
So after all this and staying to order beers and eat the pizza that was owed to us, the pizza had no sauce at all under the cheese and had a small drizzle of BBQ sauce on the top. Even the chicken was plain. It was the worst pizza I have ever had. I never complain about food believe it or not as a worker in the food industry.
The waitress never came back to ask how it was. (Probably assuming that we weren't tipping since the pizza was already free.) So I asked for the check, left the pizza in the box, finished the beers, and gave a tip bigger than the entire check would be.
I will...
Read moreTreated with disrespect on several occasions by Bar manager Christine. We will not be returning. I have never been told I am a problem by a server before. I ordered Tito and sprite with a twist of lemon. it was a 90 degree day and I drank the drink rather quickly although the soda was flat. Our first server Morgan said she would have Christine make the next drink with Sperry in a can. I was never told up until this point that there was no sprite. Christine said that the can was no better than what she had at the bar. I stated that the drink should be taken of the bill. She said no because I had drank it. I then ordered a bottle of beer. My friend and I ordered steak tips medium rare. I asked for worcheshire sauce and she said she would look around to see if they had it. I stated that they always had it before. Christine proceeded to tell my friend that I was a problem and she was okay. At this point I would have left but stayed as my friend was driving. Christine came back and slammed silverware, and worchesire sauce on the table never making eye contact with us. My friend got angry and stated she did not want Christine to wait on us. Morgan the original server waited on us the rest of the time. It was not busy but it was 40 minutes to our food arrived. The meat was overcooked and was not steak tips but small pieces of steak. We had enjoyed the steak tips many times through the years. We did not say anything as there had been enough drama for one day. That was early July and we have not returned. Christine seems to be very attentive to her male customers at the bar but waits on females last. We have noticed this on many occasions whether sitting at a table or a bar stool. I am sorry this occurred as this had been one of our go to places but I will not tolerate that treatment. We have been good customers for years and always tipped our servers well. I want to go to a place that I feel welcome instead of being told I am a problem. I have recommended Buddys Villa to many people in the past but I am no longer...
Read moreI ordered some pizzas, and when I got there, the price was over twenty dollars more than I figured. So I figured that maybe they didn't update the prices online, so I asked for a menu. Still (using the price in the menu), the price was eighteen dollars more. So I said something. I asked if they mistakenly added 1 or more pizzas to my oreder or something, they read the order back, and it was correct. So I enquired as to where the price discrepancy came from because simple math equaled considerably less money. A member of management angrily said that their prices have changed and then asked, " Where did you get that menu? It is old." I said You guys just gave it to me."...
The prices went up across the board, and nowhere in the establishment could you find the actual prices and the web menu (that they curate) said that they charge fifty cents to burn the edges. Wowever they informed me that they now charge TWO DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS for each pizza to burn the edges. ((($2.50))) per pie. Fifty cents is ridiculous, but charging a quarter of the price of a pizza to make it the way that it should be...
