Schild's Inc IGA Foodliner — Local services in Eaton Township

I like the store and it's close by. They could have a goldmine with all the new homes and the growing community. I'm in the store a couple of times a week and there deli and bakery always looks good but people stand there and nobody helps you and they have a bell but they are right there and if you ring it they give you a dirty look and act like you are bothering them. It's really sad that they are the only game in town for now until one of the big chains come in and put them out of business. It's to bad they don't take advantage of the time they have to build with the growing community before other grocery stores...

Spoke with some very friendly employees, I remember Rose. Only telephone conversations at this time. I asked them if they carry a certain product. I was told yes, but it won’t come in until a day or two. So far, so good! A couple days later I was called and told the product was in. I went to the store to buy it them, containers of pretzels. Whoa! Three dollars more per container than any place else! Through guilt, I bought four containers of the product. I couldn’t find them any where else at the time. First time customer, last...

CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I dont understand how no one has noticed that half of the food in this store is expired. Everything in the back right corner freezer against the back wall is expired. Every time I shop here something I grab is expired. There were turkey products that expired in 2023 that i almost purchased this week. I dont know who's job it is to pull expired food but they are not doing that...
