My old hot tub was here when I bought the house in 2005. My guess is that the tub was at least 20 years old. The hot tub had an enclosed gazebo built around it with some decking planks and steps installed in front and side. There was very little clearance between the tub and the sides. And the steps in front made maintenance on the pumps and controls nearly impossible. The decking and steps were installed in a way that made removal very difficult. Anyway, the tub had a small leak from somewhere in the plumbing that I lived with for a couple of years, but in October, the leak became too much and I knew the hot tub was a goner.

I knew that if I got a new tub, I was going to get a smaller one that gave more clearance. But I was concerned about how someone was going to remove the old hot tub without dismantling part of the gazebo (other than removing the sliding glass doors in front)

I checked on the internet for some local hot tub vendors, and came across Hot Tubs by Hotsprings. I sent in an inquiry to their website, describing my situation. Within an hour, I received a response by e-mail and by phone from Shawn. He was great, and offered to have someone come out to survey my existing set up. The following day, Jack came and looked at it, and assured me he could get the old tub out without dismantling the gazebo. And he came up with a way to position a Jetsetter hot tub so there was more room in front.

We then went to their showroom and Shawn did a great job showing us all the options we had. We decided on a Jetsetter that they had in stock. We also opted for the saltwater system.

The installation went great. In 2-1/2 hours, they had the old tub out and the new tub installed. Jack, Shawn, & Bird worked together very well as a team to get it done. They even recommended a top notch electrician (Savage Electric) to do the electrical hook up.

My wife and I recently purchased the Grandee NXT with the ACE Salt Water System and it was delivery early November 2015. The entire staff at Hot Tubs by Hotsprings in Eatontown NJ are very respectful, knowledgeable and willing to take the extra time to walk us through all the potential Hot Tub options. It was very important for us to feel comfortable with the entire sales process and they made it very easy to do business with, a really great buying experience. The staff managed our expectation on the delivery date and we were pleasantly surprised to hear that our custom Hot Tub was ready before we were finished with our prep work prior to installation. When the Hot Tub was delivered the installation was painless and we had no issues getting the Hot Tub in the position we wanted. We are officially Hot Tubbers it's only been a month, but we LOVE our new Hot Tub and are using it daily or at least when we're home not traveling on business.
