Very helpful. Bought a used ball that Jerry plugged and drilled while I waited. Years ago when I previously had balls drilled, those shops did little more than drill the balls for correct hole diameters and hand span. Jerry, however, made sure my hand and fingers were correctly placed, making adjustments, and rechecked each time. When the drilling was done, he took me to a lane and made sure that the ball was a good match, then coached me through stance and delivery. The person who was here was able to order me any bowling ball I could think of seeing, and a few that I had wanted to see. They were also able to explain to me all about the weighting and balancing of a ball and how it could affect my throw. Anything that I wanted to order for my wife's set, even the entire Marge Simpsons bowling gear set was able to be personalized and ordered to be ready for our anniversary. Awesome that I could find all of this in Eau Claire and not have to specialty order it online....

I bought my first bowling ball every from Jerry. He measured up my hand perfectly. I love the way it feels.

He offers prompt email responses as well since he is not always in during posted hours probably due to the summer.

Next week I look forward to having Jerry resurface my bowling ball to a 1500 grit and have it polished to look brand...
