Incompetent and rude employees.
Went in last night to preorder new phone, come home and found in the order confirmation email they ordered the wrong phones, and we told him multiple times exactly which ones we wanted. Went in to fix it the next day, and was told they had to cancel the previous order and make a new one.
Ok fine.
I write down the account number and the phone number to be ported over, he puts the order in and we leave. This time he didn’t put in the right phone number, so we have to go back. We go back and he says, “which number?” My reply was the one that was written drown and you read back to us.
I asked if I could see the information before he presses submit and was told I would have to wait for another confirmation email (where he probably would mess up again). I said that process, and he, were being unprofessional. He then said “go to the corporate store where they are more professional than me” and refused to help further.

The young man associate was helping a senior citizen who was purchasing a apple watch. He was excellent and excited to help the man the young lady associate who helped me was working with father son customer she was havi g technical difficulties getting their phones set up. She made it right maybe not today but it will be set up tomorrow mean while a gentleman came only needing a charger. She helped him before me..... great way to prioritize her customers.... I was in no hurry. Thank you for helping the gentleman before me. The last time I stopped to upgrade my wife's phone we ran into a bait and switch with trading in the phone I was so disgusted I almost did not stop in today.... it was great I was not oversold on a phone in fact I felt guilty walking out with the most Inexpensive phone in the store.    Read moreI went with my girlfriend because she needed a new phone. She had already started the application process over the phone but was told she needed to come into a Verizon store. One of the two employees that "helped" us was very rude, condescending, and replied with one word answers that she could barely mumble out.
The girl we talked to first promptly got on her phone and passed us off to her coworker who was much better than her at solving our problem. The gentleman seemed tired and unmotivated, but we got some answers. All while the woman was occasionally glancing up at us from her phone making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
To their credit, no one is having a fantastic time during this COVID-19 pandemic. However, it's not an excuse to give sub par customer service.
