Starbucks — Restaurant in Eau Claire

UPDATE /EDIT : I used to stop by this location weekly. The past THREE orders I've placed have been incorrect. And this is within a span of a month. I order ahead via the app, usually some kind of coffee and a bakery item. I usual grab my items on my way to work (nearby) so I often dont have my first bite / sip till I'm in the office. First time it happened, I received the wrong bakery item (I ordered a Danish, but I got a slice of bread). Second time I ordered an iced caramel latte (with no substitutes, nothing crazy) but I recieved some kind of iced chai drink. (Frequent chai drinker so I recognized the different taste) Third time i ordered a hot mochiatto and was very very disappointed when I took a slip. It was straight black coffee. Workers are nice but consistantly messing up orders is not ideal. What if i had been allergic to the item I was given(instead of what I ordered)? It may just be a large chain coffee/pastries shop, but seriously. Get it together. Will not be returning, and do NOT recommend to others. So many other small (and large) coffee shops in town that...

I used to love mobile order from this location. Go in, grab it and be on my way. This location seems to be lacking something that was there before. The last two times I ordered standard drinks off the app. Both times things like extra cold foam and extra topping were ignored. One time the barista did not know what the drink was and said it was not in the system so she waited for me to show up to make the drink. I have ordered the drink many times off the app, everyone else knows what it is. The last time my drink was not on the counter so I waited outside with my dogs. 20 minutes after my drink was supposed to be made I went inside. One of the girls said, "are you waiting for a mobile order?" I told her yes and gave her my name, she asked "did you come through the drive through because someone else gave the name Daisy for an order?" (Daisy is an uncommon name for a person.) She turns around and hands me my drink off the drive through shelf. The only drink sitting around at the moment. I did specify in the app for the drink to be picked up...

I ordered a blackberry sage refresher (with water) thru the drive through on Monday 5/5 at 5:45 pm at the Starbucks on Hastings in Eau Claire and got my drink order right away. I was rushed after work for sports pick ups, so didn’t notice that the drink was old and possibly been partially drank? I noticed that it did not taste right after one sip. It was warm with melted ice and honestly upset my stomach. Typically a refresher’s ice lasts for hours, so not sure how long the drink I was given was sitting around. Look at the color in the photo. I will be reporting this employees poor judgment to the store manager. This is a violation for establishments serving food and beverages and frankly dangerous. I typically have wonderful service during the morning hours in this location but would caution visiting later in the day unless something changes.
