It was overpriced,the fact they overcharge for pizza from dominos is wild. The bubbles add on was a joke. Plus having the rooms separated like that was a huge let down because my daughter wanted so badly to go back to the first room and jump on the bounce house instead of the more intense things in the dark room. So half of the time for her party she was crying to go in the other room especially after getting hurt on the big obstacle thing. The party room was a let down too as there was zero privacy as kids from other parties would stand at the door staring at us all. There was not enough help to pass out food so my sister-in-law and myself had to assist with making sure everyone was fed. Pressuring people to come up and sit with the birthday girl while opening presents was tacky. Most felt uncomfortable and awkward and I had to apologize to everyone for having to do so. If I would have known that was the case I would have just said no to the gift opening. Our party attendant did the best she could. Then, on top of money gouging for every single thing you guys ask for a tip!?! I've never seen this at any place we've had a party. I already had to pay almost $500 and you expect a 20% tip? Well I gave $30 and could tell the person at the cash register was not too happy about that. If it wasn't for liking our party attendant I wouldn't have tipped anything at all. I regret so badly having my daughter's 5th birthday here and will not return and encourage people to go to grandslam where it's so much cheaper more to do and you don't leave feeling like you didn't completely waste your money and your child would actually have a great time celebrating...

Pretty sure we're here every other week for a party & though we haven't thrown a party here yet, after last week it's in our near future due to how impeccable their process is. If you're looking for a place to have an effortless kids' party where all the kids have an incredible time and parents can actually be stress-free (this is supposedly a real thing) this is the place to go. Every time we go I'm actually in awe of how seamless the party process is.

If you've never been, here's what to expect- Party starts with an easy check-in where they take your gift, jackets, etc and you enter room 1. After the kids jump their little hearts out they move to room 2. It's incredible how they have it perfectly timed to move from room 1 to 2. Just as the kids are getting a little bit overstimulated they move to a new adventure. Room 2 has a throwback feel with black lights and a ninja warrior course. After they've mastered this crazy course and magically as your kid is starting to finally get tired, the staff ushers you to a perfect party room with domino's pizza, cake, and drinks. Food gets served, gifts are quickly opened and a staff members even takes notes on who gave what for thank you notes (again epic and above & beyond). I can't explain why I think this is incredible but I think it's just the fact that parents get to be present in the moment instead of trying to write things down during the gift-opening chaos that has me sold. Anyways, after all of their m this... the party is over.

We had the BEST 6th Birthday Party for my daughter at Pump It Up! I didn't have to do anything other then bring the cupcakes!! They sent out email invitations + reminders. They checked in the kids when they got there. Our party host was super helpful in helping watch the kids and keeping everything flowing smoothly. At the last minute I decided to add on the glow package for the second play room. That all went smoothly as well and was so glad they allowed me to add that on last minute. The kids really enjoyed it. After the kids got done playing they had the room all set up with plates, drinks, they served the kids pizza and had the gifts and cupcakes all set up ready to go. We walked in from the play area, he had the cupcake and candle all ready to go, my daughter sat in the cool inflatable chair and we sang to her. Then the kids got to eat. The party wrapped up a little early and our party host even played a couple games with the kids to keep them entertained until their parents came. 10/10 definitely recommend.
