EDIT: 7/5/25 better experience and owner helped me find a painting that was posted online thankfully. ——————————————————-Excellent vendors and unique store however the owner’s husband Todd was very RUDE to me and my wife during checkout. He was also rude when he was putting something purchased by someone else on a dolly as if we were in his way. We love supporting local and are willing to give this place another try but we were treated as expendable. We were there in the last 2 hours of closing and left right before closing so maybe he was just ready to go for the day but the owners husband who helps runs the store was very impatient and rude. We wanted some things placed aside before we saw the total to make sure we could afford everything we were wanting but he acted like he was dumbfounded that we wanted to see the total first. We ended up not getting the rest of the items and debated on whether or not we should spend our money there in the first place. There are many vendors with discounts up to 50% and we wanted to make sure that it was the correct total and he was very impatient and not appreciative. We felt good supporting the local vendors but not the man who owns the place. There are plenty of other local antique and consignment stores that would be more than thankful of my business and yours too. The different vendor areas are very nicely set up. I took my grandson and daughter with me they enjoyed seeing the different old toys. Now here comes the review of the man at the front counter. Very RUDE!! It was closing time so we came to the front to check out. One of the items I wanted the tag fell off somewhere and my grandson wanted it really bad. So us 3 split up to see if it was in the floor. He rudely told the kids to find their parents they was closes. My daughter said we were looking for a ticket that fell off he shook his head and walked off. We didn't find it so the lady rung it up anyway. We paid and I was checking my receipt as i was picking up my bags and my mom says they ready to lock the doors and he says once again rudely I have my whole family here waiting to go eat. If I could give this place a zero I definitely would. There was a man bringing stuff out for some more people as we were walking in. He was very rude did not have any people skills whatsoever. He automatically off the bat told us that they did not buy anything from individuals and hasn't for the last 4 years when in the last 6 months one of his people actually came to one of my yard sales and bought stuff. Would not even let us enter the building to try to sell anything or talk to any of his vendors about selling stuff with the way his attitude was. He had no clue that I know that some of his vendors already do buy stuff from people outside of the building unfortunately I do not know how to reach this person without coming down to Blue octopus and talking them like they said so therefore we didn't even enter.
