I’m writing this review immediately after getting home with my order. 2 chicken littles and a medium starry is now $10?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? These aren’t chicken smalls, chicken shmediums or chicken larges. THESE ARE CHICKEN LITTLES. A medium drink filled with flat soda and barely any ice was not what i expected to be the cherry on top of my first dinner after coming down with covid but it was. These prices are ridiculous and being in Eden the franchise should know that $10 for what is a kids meal on any other menu is flat out wrong. Some people can’t even afford this with an hours worth of pay but you still continue to serve this? It’s laughable. For less than $9 i can go to cookout and get a whole tray that includes a double cheeseburger, fries, a chicken quesadilla and a LARGE tea that isn’t watered down. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I've always been a fan of KFC, but this location definitely stands out. Read moreI placed my order on the app while in the parking lot. The app wouldn't let me swap the mashed potatoes and gravy for fries but ordered anyway. I walked in 2 minutes after I placed the order and approached the counter. I was greeted with the front staff who had an amazing and positive attitude. I explained to them how I couldn't make the exchange on the app. Without hesitation they were willing to take care of the issue personally. As they went to line where the food was being prepared to catch my order before it was completed it was to late! It was already done! You know they took the time to take my order back out and fix it the way I was requesting? 🤯 How many places can you say will do that? lol...
