So after not dealing with Eden Jewelry for the last 20 years I decided to give them another try.Took an antique ring in to have repaired on May the 20th and finally had it ready on September 6. I went and picked it up and wore the ring a couple of hours and the center Sapphire fell out. Luckily I found it and returned to the store the next day. I was met with rudeness and an argumentive women. She stated I must have snagged it on something. I ask if the stone could be put back in and then she stated I guess that's the stone that goes in it if you say it is. So I'm not so sure it's even the original stone at this point. She told me I could bring it back in a week and it would be another charge to fix it. I told her after she showed me the work order which stated replace one stone and check All other stones. So I guess they didn't check All stones and want me to pay again. They are truly losing business with this truly hateful lady that handled this. Most businesses would have said sorry I'll have them check the stone and fix it. I Will never be going back. lesson learned. Will go to Rocky mountain and see my jeweler. Stay aware from these...
Read moreMy husband bought a ring for me years ago. I took it in to be repaired and as I enter the place I say "Good morning!". The older lady opening the door said "yup!". After calling and speaking to four different people, they couldn't verify that my ring had been touched 3 weeks after having custody of it. It was supposed to be done in 2 weeks, but I was out of town, so I called to confirm it was done, no one knew a thing and were VERY rude. I sent my husband in to pick it up to tell them someone else would work on it and they were extremely rude and made him wait 45 mins. What happened to this place? Don't assume everyone is okay when they walk in your door. I was watching my father die slowly, I needed just one smiling face and instead was greeted with rude and hostility. Not by one staff member, but by all of them. Very sad to see this place go down...
Read moreAfter having three rings sized, one of them going from a size 11 to a 7 and 1/2 and two of them going from a 6 and 1/2 to a 6 and 3/4... I would not recommend anyone using them because they steal from you. When taking the Rings in I asked the lady if they could use the gold left over to upsize the two rings and she said she did not know if they could do that. So they charged me full price, downsized a ring and up sized two rings and kept the rest of my gold. That is called stealing. I called Eden jewelry and spoke with a manager and she told me if they gave gold back it would cost more to downsize a ring. That makes absolutely no since. My grandfather was a jeweler so I know how this is suppose to work. They...
