Very nice staff that are easy to work with. Lauren, owner was super nice and not pushy like most places are. She helped me match the fabric to my current decor and was very knowledgeable about all of our different customizing options. We went in looking for our daughter a new bed and were so pleased with prices we left with a loft bed, 2 rugs, sectional, ottoman, and an awesome trashcan. The bed, ottoman, and trashcan have held up perfectly. We had an issue with the sectional separating in the corner and the company was happy to pick up, repair, and drop off the couch free of charge. A different corner came apart and Eden mattress and furniture went out of their way once again to pick up our sectional and drive it all the way to Charlotte to have it repaired by the manufacturer, then delivered the couch once more, free of charge. Once the sectional had been delivered After careful inspection of the couch it was discovered that a measurement error had occurred at the manufacturer. Knowing that our family had been back and forth dealing with the couch issue, Eden mattress and furniture went WAY above and beyond to make it right. Plus my family and I have a couch to sit on. I have to emphasize the great customer service! Most places would have seen we had the couch for over 30 days and stuck us with it. Most other places would have given us one freebie fix then probably charged us a fee after that. I’m glad we chose to walk into their establishment instead of some huge chain. This establishment actually cares about your purchases and remaining fair and customer oriented. Definitely go with Eden Mattress...

Owners are extremely nice and helpful in the store. About a year and a half ago I purchased 3 bed sets including rails, 1 queen set and 2 full and they were great, exactly what we tried out and brought home. But my son decided he liked my queen set more than his full set so a couple of weeks ago I decided to go get me another queen set and this time I got the Ashley plush instead of the hybrid, it was more money but I had saved up and decided I was worth the extra money for a good mattress because I have back and hip problems. Boy how I wish I had not done that. I tried out 4 mattresses in the store, narrowed it down to two, the hybrid and the plush. The hybrid is great it was what my other one was that my son took but the plush fit all my nooks and cranies and when I laid on it it was like laying on a pillow but with support. So I chose it. Brought it home left it sitting for 30+ hours because that's what the box said to do, made it up and was so ready for a good night's rest but no. It's not what I laid on in the store, it's got the purple writing but that's the only similarities. Firm only slightly soft, so much pain and so disappointed. I have left a fb message and sent an email because when I think to call it's to late and they are closed as I work 12 plus...

My wife and I are new to Eden, having recently moved from an apartment, and were on the hunt for something fun and cozy for our den. We first visited Eden Mattress and Furniture about a month ago but weren’t quite ready to decide on furniture yet. Fast forward to this week—we finally figured out what we needed and decided to stop back in on our way home. We’re so glad we did!

The owner, Benjamin, greeted us with genuine warmth and friendliness the moment we walked in. Instead of rushing to make a sale, he took the time to ask thoughtful questions about our space, our style, and what we were hoping to create in our den. We really appreciated his curiosity and care, as well as his respect for our budget. Thanks to Benjamin and his helpful team, we found the perfect piece—an amazing XL memory foam comfort sack that we absolutely love. They even helped us load it up and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. This is hands-down the best and only place to go for furniture in Eden.
