The frappes taste good. However, half the time, you're charged extra for espresso in drinks that already come with it. There have been times when the girl behind the counter used drip coffee instead of espresso. They charge 1.98 for a double shot of espresso when a single shot is 0.50, and they only give you a single shot despite paying for a double. I really want to support local businesses, but I can't do that when I feel I'm being ripped off and overcharged. Neither the number nor the website listed work and messages on Facebook don't go through, so there's no way to get in touch with the owners or the store in general. Feeling increasingly disappointed...

Taste your coffee/latte before you tip and before you leave. I literally just paid $15 for 2 milk flavored caramel macchiatos and I’m so disappointed! I stopped going awhile ago because the last few times the coffee was trash. My normal coffee shop is closed so I decided to give The Roasted Bean one more shot and I’m so disappointed. Everyone is very friendly but definitely need more training because this is awful. I literally went to dollar general and just bought a Starbucks bottle drink and threw the milky watered down coffee away. What a waste smh RECOMMEND a lovely coffee shop just down the road that...

This place looks nice and they are in a good location but you have to watch the girl behind the counter. If you buy and pay for an americano or an espresso based drink she may try to give you drip coffee instead. I'm sorry if I am going to pay 5 bucks for a mediocre double shot of espresso in hot water don't get lazy and cheap and try to give me diluted drip coffee and then seem indignant when called on it. In this case you don't get what you pay for and the girl seems genuinely like she doesn't want to be doing the work. I and my friends will take our business elsewhere or just pull better...
