Initial review below when it was owned by the previous owners.

Now? I have no clue what happened, but they lost me as a customer. I ordered an item over a month ago. No communication after 2 emails asking for information and a phone call to the store.

I would find another resource if I were you.

---------Initial review below---------- This place is awesome! The first time I went was right before Christmas. I went in with very little knowledge of homebrewing and was hoping for some advice. When I got there I was greeted by Dennis who not only helped me pick out my kit he also gave me about 30 minutes of advice on how to use the kit and brew my first batch. The first batch turned out great and I'm on my second batch now. When I went in to get the supplies for my second batch I asked Dennis why the first batch of beer turned out a little thin and he knew right away what the issue was and how to fix it. I also got to chat with Bob and Joe for a little bit about making wine which will be my next project! I recommend this place 100%!

I ordered two boxes of RJS En Primeur Winery Series Wine Kit w/wet skins in February. One box arrived. When I called I was told the other box would be shipped within a week. That week came and went. Emails took days to get responses. Phone calls I was told it was on the truck they just received and it would be sent out. I received that response twice two different weeks. Now a month later still no wine box and was told it was discontinued. Interesting it's still advertised on their site as available. My recommendation is dont advertise a product that is in stock when it isn't. For a disconninued item I was able to ordered from another site today with a immediate delivery. This company is not reliable and makes excuses. Complete BS....

I have frequented a good deal of the area homebrew shops, from Orlando the Jacksonville, one in particular because it was close to my work. Their general bad service pushed me to a online vendor who i used for years and loved, but Southern Homebrewing stole my homebrewing heart. I was very promply greated, and they were very friendly, discussing what they even had brewing behind their counter. I enjoy their major brand of beer kits, and the equipment prices are not bad. The first time I walked in I was in their for an hour. The store is one of the bigger in the area, and they are always working hard. I bring my friends there, and I plan on going there today for a kit :). Hands down, go there and look around if your in the area. The gentleman who work there definatly have personalities, so I can see that some people don't mix, but they are good guys. I agree as well, I have a feeling that the review below might be a...
