Today was my third time going to Norton’s and both of the other times I was raving over the service and food ... not today... My order was for the cauliflower pizza with light bbq sauce with pulled pork.(which I had on my second visit and absolutely loved) We were with 2 other couples and when my sister got her order she wanted to place a to go order for a cauliflower pizza for her next door neighbor and was told they were out of the cauliflower crust (this was before my order was given to me) My pizza was placed in front of me and it wasn’t cauliflower crust... no one said anything when the order was placed or no one came out to inform me before it was made....definitely was not as good and I have NO doubt that I would have changed my order if I had known before it was prepared!! We waited over 1 hour for our food and I was very disappointed .. 3 out of the 6 people in our party had never been to Norton’s before so it wasn’t the greatest impression on them!
