Subway — Restaurant in Edgewood

We ordered 6 subs online at 3:30pm for a family function, went to pick them up at the time the gave us. 4:55pm. They didn't even start on the sandwiches until we got to the restaurant and the girl at the counter decided to cop an attitude about how it was a "catering" order when we arrived for the pick up. It was NOT a catering order it was 6 sandwiches and you had an hour to make them. Seriously?! Then waited 20mins for them to actually do what we asked an HOUR ago. No one else was there, the restaurant was COMPLETELY empty. While waiting, no one showed up. Let me ask you this, what's the difference if a bus full of kids came and ordered? None. Awful awful awful. They weighed the meat for my sandwich about 6 times. I got the last of the rotisserie chicken so it looked like a cup of water when they put it on the bread. I had it toasted so I figured that my dry it out. Got home to eat it and it was so soggy it fell apart. The chicken tasted like it had been microwaved for a week. A girl that used to work there told me the owner sits at home and watches them on camera. The girls couldn’t be nicer but whoever the owner is, is disgusting. Threw away more than half of a 12” for the second time. I will never go there again. The owner also owns another one by KT pawn that has ceiling tiles hanging down and mold everywhere. The pickup time was 4:15 I picked up the food at 4:20. Both subs were cold, not even warm at all! We asked them to be toasted and they were obviously not toasted. Asked the manager for a refund or if they could remake them and they refused. How are you going to have someone pay over $20 for 2 subs that you didn’t serve correctly and refuse to make it right?
