The only problem is less handicap spots and when there are there all taken by another car SUV truck what ever the car is it hurts people that are in wheelchairs to get out without scratching someone's vehicle it is an issue for me when I've came here and when I've parked in my handicap spot someone all ways parks to close to me and it only happens when I'm leaving I have to move the van out or I have to go and check it when I'm exiting the theatre to see if someone parked to close to me and if so I have to have my best friend or my dad to move it out and I go back the front of the theatre curb sidewalk to get loaded onto the van there it is a problem it needs more handicap parking spots on the rest of the parking lot we've driven all around the parking lot on both sides of the building when we see no parking in the front lot that is small those are handicap spots and need one and that is what definition I give it good reviews that is true but the handicap parking very little hate but it could be addressed even add more handicap parking on the sides of the theatre where the spots will be in front of the walls of the auditoriums you know the building exit doors are there and if there's a fire I can get out of the movie auditorium it self and open the door and there is my van once I get out onto the sidewalk and leave safer and way faster without suffering smoke exhaustion or even worse losing my life so it could add more safety and when I come on the weekends it's packed and it's so busy on Saturdays and Sundays and no parking then it is like you don't want to know it's so bad for me and those who have issues and stay in power wheel chairs but I'm the only one with that but kinda know some do have wheelchairs and not able to walk even older people have issues with parking the elderly are suffering to doing us a favor would be very kind of this property I hope the staff and manager read this stuff it's needed because I can get. I recently had a very disappointing experience at AMC Theatres due to the behavior of one of the managers, whose last name is Lara. Upon entering the theater, I was told I couldnโt bring in my own water bottle because it wasnโt AMCโs brand of water. I politely explained that I only drink spring water for personal health reasons, and AMC does not offer that option. Despite this, the manager insisted on taking my bottle away.
What made the situation worse was the managerโs attitude โ he was blatantly rude and dismissive. As I was walking to my seat, he took my water from me without further explanation and refused to give me his full name when I asked for it. He then walked away and said I can get it at the front after the movie. I later had to contact another manager on a different shift just to get his last name. They only provided me his last name โLaraโ.
When I returned after the movie to retrieve my water bottle, it had been cracked open. Given how the previous interaction went, I was uncomfortable and genuinely concerned that it might have been tampered with. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially from management.
I understand theaters have policies about outside food and beverages, but the way this situation was handled โ with zero courtesy, empathy, or professionalism โ was unacceptable. AMC should train its managers to communicate rules respectfully and consider special circumstances. I will be rethinking my visits to AMC in the future unless this issue is addressed. I have been an AMC Stub Member for 3+ years. This is my local theater and havenโt had experiences as rough as this one. With many CineMark options in the area. I order everything online tickets and the food to make moke let hassle.Try to print my ticket at kiosk the kiosk screen broken and other one with error. So I decide to buy a water and pickles because I forgot to order online. So I was waiting on the premier member line because I'm a member. I order my stuff and I ask the cashier to print my ticket because of the kiosk . She told there the other one on the other side it doesn't let do that. I know for a fact you can. But I let pass because I still have to pick my mobile order. When to pick my mobile order was not ready. So I did the line again it was short because I have the membership. So the guy help. He told me don't have icee my kids we so disappointed I was too out the 4 machines that the theater has. I was ok. I ask the guy to at least give fresh popcorn and he did it was so fresh literally cold popcorn. So I went to fill the drinks . There were no ice on 7 of the machine except for one where there were a line of people. So I told the cashier there no ice on the machines. He just told I will get you someone to do it. So we did the line to get ice by the time that was our turn we only fill up one cup. So from that one cup we try to fill out the other 4 cups ( large cups) try to select our favorite favor due to theather gas freestyle coke machines. All the selection were blanks on all 8 machines no body refills those coke cartiges..... Worse fathers...
