I visited Little Caesars at 10 PM, an hour before closing, and was disappointed by the lack of service. I wanted to order a Three Meat Pizza and some Crazy Puffs, fully willing to wait and pay, but was told I could only purchase what was already available—which was just the Most Bestest pizza.
I took what was there, but by the time I got home, the pizza was stale, likely having sat for who knows how long. It’s frustrating that I was willing to give you more business, yet I was refused service. How do you expect to make a profit if you’re not willing to sell food to paying customers?
If closing early is the policy, that should be made clear. Otherwise, I’d hope for better customer service...
