I used to like coming here and the staff always seemed nice, but this last experience completely ruined it for me. I bought a disposable yesterday, got home, and it didn’t work at all—completely defective. I even tried charging it, but these products are supposed to come ready to use.
When I came back today to exchange it, they refused. What makes this worse is that you can’t even test their THC products in-store—so how are customers supposed to know if what they bought actually works? Most smoke/vape shops at least offer a 24-hour exchange if something is defective, but not here. On top of that, I was told once you step out of the store, they “can’t help you.”
They sold me a product I couldn’t try, it didn’t work from the start, and then they left me stuck with it. That’s not customer service, that’s a scam. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. Plenty of shops value customers, this one...
