Oak Brook Shopping Center — Local services in Edmond

This Manager and night crew at this location are HORRIBLE in customer service. So, I went to drive thru as usual to pickup a DoorDash order. They always tell me to pull up at the 2nd window. I wait a few minutes, they ask me the last 3 digits of the DoorDash code, I verify it then they give me my order. But, on 1/22/24 they do a totally different thing. They tell me to pull up to the 2nd window. I get around the corner and notice a vehicle parked farther up. I’m waiting next thing I know I see one of the crew members handing out an DoorDash order. Guess whose it is? Mines. He just handed it to them without hesitation when that customer had a regular order. I had to text the customer to explain to them what happened. And he was very understanding. But, that wasn’t it. As I’m trying to get my DoorDash order and they were still trying to pass out DoorDash orders to regular customers at the 2nd window behind me! Two customers had to tell them no that’s not mines.

Long story short they were pushing DoorDash orders and mobile orders down instead of getting them out in order. And they end up getting confused and overwhelmed.

They are always rude and slow pacing every-time I go at night. Especially the manager in this photo.

I ended up talking to another manager the next morning and she said that she was sick of them and that she’s been trying to get the GM over them to fire that night manager and crew because of the bad customer service and complaints they receive...

It was Christmas Eve and the owner was busy baking and working the register, but she still took the time to treat us with care. She even made time to tell us about her adorable, eclectic decor.
