They would have initially gotten one star but the food was good. Came here for the first time at the recommendation of a coworker I love sushi and an all you can eat sushi place is my kind of thing. However not this place, I'm under the impression that if I'm walking into a restaurant it should be assumed it's my first time there. The employees here didn't seem to understand that, they decided to let us stand up front and make eye contact with us several times in the 10 minutes waiting to be seated before we had to ask if it was self seating which if it is no big deal however make it known. If other restaurants can invest in a sign saying seat yourselves I'm sure they can too they have a sign saying please wait to be seated so I know for a fact they can afford another sign. So after sitting down in a pretty slow time of day everyone had gotten their food from the looks of it we waited another stretch of time before being offered a menu and drinks. Then proceeded to run off before explaining how to use their menu, this ties into assuming that your customers have never been here before. If it wasn't for my wife that really wanted me to try this place I would have walked out. Food was good service was exceptionally terrible I think I'll stick to the places I usually go from here on out.
Edit: I forgot to mention there was a large party of people of Asian descent that seemed to be getting the VIP treatment. Which if they've been there a while they don't need the large amount of attention it looks bad the group of 4 girls behind us also said as much and kept looking at the waitress that was only dealing with them and no one else. So on top of everything else it appears they're partial to a singular group of people that come in to spend their hard earned money, so I wouldn't waste your time and money unless you look...

We were a party of 6 who waited patiently for 40min for our food. After an hour waiting and nobody checking on us, we kindly told our server to check on our food and she said they were working on it. 20min later we asked to talk to the manager, and she told us there was a mistake and they are remaking the food. Mistakes happends, we get it. After 1h 30min and nobody checking on us, one of us had to walk up to them to ask for manager to help us. Manager was dragged from the kitchen, and it turns out THEY WERE NOT EVEN WORKING ON OUR FOOD AT ALL and she simply said with a monotone voice "sorry about that", not solutions, not regrets, she didn't even cared. No one check on us for 1h30min, all the interaction we had we anybody was because we started it, we were starving and on top of that everybody's unbothered attitude towards the problem just boil my blood. NO ONE even had the dignity and the common sense of coming up to the table and explain the situation and apologize. One of the server didn't even know the menu when we asked him a question, the manager coudn't handle a simple problem of remaking a plate, not hospitable with the guets, some couple waited so long to be seated or greeted that they just slam the door and left.
Why having untrained personal to work in the hospitality industry specially at the opening of a resturant? Are you setting you up for failure since the beggining?
We left defeated, starving and went to resturant next to them and ran into all the people who left from wow sushi angry and ended up at the same place.
Such a shame I invited all my friends to eat here, and find out the consequences of horrible managment. Servers and manager working on Thursday May, 13th from 6:00pm to 7:30pm should go back to trainning asap. That is if they are even...

Incredible value for an all-you-can-eat sushi lunch at just $17.99! A friend and I stopped by right as they opened, and we were blown away by the quality and variety.
We started with the seaweed salad—which was surprisingly delicious—and liked it so much we ordered it twice. The crab rangoons and edamame were solid starters, too.
Our sushi selections included Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon, Yellowtail, Ell, Crispy Shrimp Roll, Honolulu, and Volcano rolls—everything was fresh and flavorful. I also tried the Tobiko sushi (loved it!), though my friend wasn’t quite that adventurous.
Our server was kind and efficient, though a bit hard to understand at times. Still, service was quick and we left full and happy.
Definitely going back—great sushi, great price, and a great experience!
I have been wanting to try for several months but a reluctant wife never wanted to, then out of the clear blue she suggested this place. I was stunned but excited to go.
I wanted the AYCE but it was too late in the day so saving that for another time.
It was perfect timing as there were not a lot of people dining yet. A quick glance at the appetizer and it was a toss up between the Crab Rangoons & the Crazy Crab - we opted for the latter. They were phenomenal!! I would definitely get those again.
I absolutely love Ikura - and no matter what I get them every time I eat Sushi. It just one of the finer things I love to eat.
I selected the Teriyaki Chicken Bento Box - mainly because you get a little bit of everything! The chicken was delicious and there was plenty left to take away.
The California Rolls are pretty basic but still delicious. The Goyza & Crab Rangoons were also very good. Then there was a good amount of rice leftover to take home.
There is definitely return visit in...
