Avoid this company at all costs. They promise to deliver but fall way short and will cancel the work they were supposed to do the day before. To make matters worse Steve Mury who is the main contact (possibly the owner) thinks it is okay to take days to reply to phone or email messages, and as long as he gets back to you when it is convenient for him it is totally okay. He has no clue what customer service means and that it is not only bad business but just inconsiderate to take on a job and then not deliver with no indication or communications letting the customer know that there might be an issue. He has no idea how to order parts or supplies he needs and then follow up with vendors to insure that those parts or supplies get to him as needed in order to complete the job.
