Passion Vines Liquor Store — Local services in Egg Harbor Township

This is the first time I interacted with this business in years... I just called in to see if they had a particular bottle of wine that I'd been interested in. This girl Megan answers the phone all friendly and stuff, and she looked up the bottle, found out they had literally 1 of them in the company, and it was in the other store. She then offers to call them immediately and confirm that they still have the bottle, and to instruct them to reserve it for me to pick up. Then she took my info down to follow up with me immediately afterward to confirm for me that my bottle of wine is waiting for me. ...this demonstrates a very high level of service. I was shopping for a $20 bottle of wine, and she treated me like I was shopping for a $200 bottle of wine. She's a pro. ...And I'm not surprised, because I used to work for Passion Vines owner Mike Bray. It was a little mini-golf course in Ocean City, and he was working as the manager. He came in and wanted to turn our little mini-golf course into Disneyland. That's not an exaggeration, he would give pep-talks about how they do things in Disneyland and that we should do that too. "If you walk around Disneyland, you will never find a piece of garbage on the ground. It's immaculate." ... and such... He even asked me once if I was interested in playing the sax in the evening sometimes to add extra value to the mini-golf customers. He's a man of vision that way. ...I was just a teenager back then, and I probably didn't seem like a very promising one at that, but now that I have a strong background in business and sales, I am not surprised at all that Mike Bray went on to build an endearing brand by doing business in such a way that provides the highest levels of value to the community in every way. Passion Vines provided the bar service for my wedding on August 7th, and they were FANTASTIC. They took care of EVERYTHING! Glass rentals, ice, garnishes, bartenders, alcohol, set up, clean up, signature drinks, AND they even offered a trash removal service since we needed that for our venue. I communicated with Brittany Lane throughout the process and she was professional, quick to respond, and took care of ALL of our needs for the wedding. Working with her, and this company, was easy, stress-free, and absolutely wonderful. They met with us to create signature cocktails, made special changes to our order for us multiple times, and did an GREAT job at the wedding. All of our guests loved the drinks and the efficiency and friendliness of the bartenders. All of their set up look beautiful and organized, and they did it ALL. Everything is over priced except for their wine selection, which for how big of a store/warehouse they are isn't very big. Whoever handles the phones are slow to answer and are not very clear as to how they speak/portray their point/subject they're stating. If there's a manager on duty, they should be always be available to talk if there was a complaint on the phone with a customer.

Overall shouldn't be your first choice of a liquor store as to there is another passion vines in Somers point less then 10min away that are much more friendly and...
