Buyer beware! King Pin Bowling Alley stole my $0.75 from the sticker machine and would not refund me my money. The manager and sales associate does not know to treat others with developmental disabilities. You treat others with respect and dignity. The female manager at the bowling alley on Tuesday when I was trying to get my sticker manager of the bowling alley was arguing me and screaming at me calling me “You smart mouth I hate you” and also lied in front of my staff from ResCare Alex Epps. I would recommend to customers DiDonato’s Bowling Alley in Hammonton or Bowlero on Delsea Drive in Deptford please don’t waste your money at this bowling alley they are a scam and rip off. Boycott King Pin Bowling Alley. I am not recommending King Pin Bowling Alkey to anyone. When our client from ResCare had behavior yesterday Faht and Griselle eloped into parking lot and Faht called 911 because Griselle made threats saying that she doesn’t like the bowling alley. Both police departments arrived to your alley because our client Griselle was fighting with drivers on the Black Horse Pike and throwing shoes at the policers. When I ordered French fries and soda the snack bar attendant told me that they do not offer any free refills on drinks. King Pin Bowling Alley needs to be shut down and needs to be renamed Bowlero - somewhat King Pin Bowling Alley needs to be boycotted. Do not allow your King Pin customers to use any gumball or sticker machine again if they are broken I hope King Pin Bowling Alley shut down immediately- the cranky manager needs to terminated and fired. I hope that King Pin Bowling Alley files for bankruptcy we don’t need a king pin. Rename this bowling alley Bowlero so others from Atlantic County and Atlantic City area don’t have to drive an hour away. Boycott King Pin Bowling Alley they are a complete rip off and wasted my $0.75. Never ever again they get a dime off of me. Go out of business King Pin Bowling Alley. Buyer beware- unpredictable and unprofessional customer service this bowling alley has the worst staff and management and manger EVER!!!!!! Don’t waste money and please don’t go this bowling alley try DiDonato’s in Hammonton or Bowlero in Deptford on...
Read moreThey are a good place staffed by dumb people. Three times in the last year I've had problems with them. Once I was here playing pool, kids birthday parties going on and a tournament was about to start. The woman working here was yelling at people over the intercom to get to their lanes so she could see what was happening. Then when people didn't hear her, she cut the music and proceeded to curse over the intercom at the people who didn't hear her. While children's parties were going on mind you. Her apology: "sorry but you guys are really pissing me off" not an acceptable excuse at all. Another time I was there I was playing in the arcade and two kids (one maybe 12 the other probably 9) start throwing fruit snacks at me and then running away. I ignored them then heard them hiding around the corner talking about me being rude. I go up to talk to them and they run away into the bathroom. I go to follow and an employee asks me if they're throwing stuff "again". They were an employees kids. In my opinion you should not bring your children to your work unless they are going to be behaved, which if they've done it before obviously they won't be behaved unsupervised for your whole shift. Today I went in there to use a gift certificate for a 6 person party. I get up to the counter and they say "sorry no lanes till 4" it was busy so I understood. What I didn't understand was the 5 person family behind us go up and buy 3 games and he gives them a lane right away and sends them off. Like I said, good places staffed by dumb people. If you're going just to kill time or to have a good day out I don't recommend going at a busy time like the weekends. The staff doesn't seem to be able to handle...
Read moreI went on July 2021 and there was a very strong unpleasant smell at the front door. I thought it was the trash can at the entrance. It had a couple of flies. However, as I continued walking inside the facility the smell was still present throughout the whole place. The bowling allies were pretty much available most of them. Only about 5 lanes in use. I proceeded to the counter to rent a lane and shoes. Only a group of three people were in front of us. Seem to be regulars customers. They have their own equipment ( bowling balls and shoes). Only one person needed shoes. The cashier was having a friendly conversation with them. Talking about the life of other employees how they were doing and so on. After over 5 mins of waiting to bring them up and give the one pair of shoes. I decided just to leave the place. The smell was pretty bad and the cashier had no intention of finishing the first transaction anytime soon. The cashier could had bring them up and them my family and continue her conversation with the group in front of us. But that was not the case. I understand if there was a long line the waiting time would expected. I have no plans at...
