I read all the review. a lot of people complain about the service but I said let me just try most of the stuff from China so don't get surprised if something happened to the stuff you need to check the item you want to buy make sure if it's work everything there I know it's temporary is not going to last with you for a long time but it will stay a little while also it's inside the package brand new nobody touch it it's not like 99 cent store or thrifty store. My family have enjoyed Howard's Bakery and are extremely saddened by it decline. The quality and cleanliness has gone South. The only thing I like there is the Maple-Glazed Donuts, and they are all gone by 9 AM on Saturday. The Proprietress' passive-aggressive attitude has destroyed the friendliness that Howard's was famous for. The changes for the worst are forcing me to appreciate a new and very clean Middle Eastern Bakery about two blocks West (same side of the street). The products are new to me, but quite delicious. The absolute worst customer service. Very rude to my elderly mother who needed to use restroom. She happen to come across an open one in their unorganized store. One of the employees paced over to the bathroom and demand she come out because she didn’t ask. She then called over her coworker to talk negatively about my mom. They did not know I was standing near by and listening. When she did notice I saw her roll her eyes at the idea of a CUSTOMER USING THEIR BATHROOM. My mother was rushed out of the bathroom to be yelled at until for “not asking to use the bathroom”. There was no signage that said it was a private or employee bathroom. Overall rude and...
