This gym is of a caliber that is rare and difficult to find. Coach Mel strikes the perfect balance between discipline, training and fun. She is encouraging, controlled, attentive, thorough, respectful and incredibly caring of all of her students. She pays close attention without being overbearing. The students are self controlled, very respectful, full of life and very skilled. The facility itself is cared for extremely well. It’s large, clean, efficient and comfortable to sit and watch class in. There is more than enough room for parents and younger siblings to wait and watch comfortably. No expense was spared and the AC during the hot summer months is very appreciated. I am so thankful to be part of the family here at Silva Jui Jitsu. This facility is the definition of QUALITY. Best decision I made for my sons to learn jiu jitsu at Silva Jiu Jitsu Academy! Very family oriented and great with kids. I’ve Tried all different sports but this is by far the best choice I made for my boys! 1 being 11 and the other being 5 yrs old. The gym is super clean and well maintained! Mrs. Mel is amazing with the kids! She makes the classes fun and has great energy! Professor Paul teaches the adults class! He teaches well for all levels and makes you feel at home!
