We set an initial appointment based on her incredible work and familiarity with our venue and its staff. I was still determining the vision during our initial meeting, as it was early in our planning process. With several Pinterest boards, I explained I wanted an elegant, timeless, and romantic ambiance; she immediately saw my vision. Katharine’s artistic expertise and knowledge of our venue made several suggestions that tied the vision together. With her intensive knowledge of flowers and complementary styles based on venue interiors, she understands what’s suitable for a beautiful execution. Katharina is not only a florist expert. She’s an artist.

On the Wedding day, my vision came to life. Everything was stunning; the clean look displayed elegance and romantic ambiance with the tapered candles, and the execution was delivered immaculately. Katharina came recommended by my wedding coordinator (Dreams on a Dime). Throughout the planning process, Katharina was very responsive, respectful of our budget, and used her expertise to fine tune my vision for our wedding florals. I also appreciated that we could get the floral arrangements, as well as the candle and stand rentals, through her. On our wedding day, she did an amazing job setting up our ceremony and cocktail hour space, then stayed and moved pieces from our ceremony to our reception area so we could reuse our altar setup for our sweetheart table. All night, our guests were complimenting the flowers, so I was glad we had plenty for them to take home. My only complaint is that I wish I could have kept the flowers like that forever.
