I take seizure medication and the young lady there input my new insurance and told me it was rejected. Called the cs number on back of my insurance card. Walgreens employee tried again and rejected. Left feeling defeated. After leaving, I Decided to call Walgreens to talk to someone different and to let them know insurance had not received any rejected claims nor any submitted claims so we went over the member numbers to make sure they were correct and he tried a couple different things and it worked. Thank you to the older gentleman working there. You younger employees SLOW DOWN. I wasted 1.5hrs of my time today on this matter which could have been avoided. Read moreI will not return, due to the lack of poor customer service. The drive thru was closed and we all had to come in and wait. I have no issue with that. However, if you have customers who have been in one single line waiting patiently, do right by the order in which we are served. People should not be skipping the line. It was very rude and disrespectful for you to clearly see a man walk up to the register and cut the line. Then, you have the audacity to acknowledge him, as if he was next. There were elderly people standing behind me who had been waiting patiently. Don’t treat your customers like this. It seriously gave prejudice and don’t say you weren’t aware because I watched the entire thing play out. Then you magically wanted to fly to the front and open another register, to try to save face.
