Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in El Dorado

I ordered a peanut butter-bacon milkshake. Where I live in Texas, this is a real option. Upon ordering, I wasn't told that it was NOT an option at this location. After waiting for over 20 min., I finally received it and lo and behold- NO BACON! The receipt reflected the charge but none was in the shake. I recalled for an operator to answer the buzz. After no response I walked to the door and asked to speak w/a mgr. I met with carhop Kayla as she asked what the problem was. In a conversational tone I began to explained the aforementioned to her. Before I was able to finish, she interrupted me with a rude "Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am!" as if she didn't have time for me. Well after all, I requested a Mgr and since she wasn't and didn't have time, she should have went back inside and got one. She then followed up with "what are you wanting?" I told her that our conversation was over and that she could now get a Mgr. as I'd requested. I had no more time to wait as I'd already spent/wasted over 25 min on an item that couldn't be fulfilled. The Mgr. offered an apology and the refund that I wanted. Mr. McHenry, Kayla definitely needs more consumer training. She was very rude and lacks the humility and sensitivity needed to reciprocate with the public in a positive manner. If I was rude to her, I could almost understand her demeanor but it was disrespectful and...

Normally I don't go Sonic because that's just not my place to get anything but I went today because I went to get items for my mom. To begin with I got a medium order of fries and a small shake. When I got my order I assumed I would have gotten a spoon or a spoon would have been available for me to ask for but it wasn't even there because my mom is in her '80s. Plus there were no napkins. When I asked the attendant did he have any extra napkins on him he said no, I asked him would it be long for him to go get the napkins and he said no it wouldn't so I said okay I'll wait. So I knew it would be immediately I cut to go on I cut the car on, I waited and waited and waited and I just said forget it I had to go on to the nursing home to take this to my mom. I could not believe the time I waited for a spoon and some that gum napkins that was...

First of all, why the Filet-O-Fish so damn good? I do not regularly eat McDonalds, like at all, but when the FOF is there, I’m there. I get it cooked to order, add shredded lettuce, pickle, and extra tarter sauce; Fried no salt. The bun be soft as hell, okay? The fish be fried to perfection, then I add me a lil LA hot sauce.., babeeehhhh, it’s like a fast food fish po’boy and that’s word to my motha!

I can’t speak on the rest of their food because it’s been several years since I had it, but that FOF does. Not. Miss!
