DG Market — Local services in El Paso

I go there every Sunday and buy a lot of idems . They always have a smile and very friendly. I want to say thank you to Melissa (store manager) and Hayley (cashier). I always look forward to Sunday mornings to see them because it is a special trip. They help me find anything i need and get stuff off the top shelf for me. It is the best dollar store i ever been to. I tell a lot of people to go there because the service is great. My husband live a hour away but we go there every Sunday and they are always forward to see me. They're the best. I will be there with bells on next Sunday to see my girl. Customer service terrible. First the associate should not be on a personal call talking about Pinterest when a customer needs assistance. And then to continue the call while said customer asking a question. Then when customer still unable to find what they are looking for the associate said, “I told you it was in such and such aisle”. ”. I told you? Then to argue with the customer when said customer pointed out the lack of customer service. Whatever happened to the PAYING customer is always right. Plus that store is over flowing and hard to navigate. Glad there are DGs in every town as I will never use...

The El Paso dollar General Store is the nicest store I have ever been too. The manager is Melissa and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She always has a great smile and says Good Morning and it’s nice to see you. I asked her if she can help get my big order together, and she gets it done quickly. I love her as a manager. She does far and beyond for her customers. Her store is well organized and is very clean. They always have what I need. Her help are very nice too. Go to El Paso Dollar General....
