Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in El Paso

I stopped at this DQ on my way to IN with my son. This was hands down the nicest DQ we have ever been to. The bathrooms were so clean as well as everything else. Service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly. We got our food and hit the road. I asked for a side of ranch and I have to tell you, probably the best ranch I have ever had! They must make it by scratch in-store. Our experience was so amazing that we stopped at this same store on our way back to WI from IN. Same experience as before. Top notch and GREAT food! I told the young man who was helping me that they really have it going on here and to keep up the good work! Another employee over heard this and asked me to fill out the survey on the bottom of my receipt. However the receipt did not print correctly in the places I needed important information to complete the survey. I was sad, because I really wanted this location to be recognized by upper management. I was very disappointed in the service, I went through the drive-thru received my shakes and ice cream immediately and waited another 25 minutes for my food. Was finally handed my food and told I think everything is in the bag. I pulled over so other customers could get through and went through my bag to make sure I had everything. I ordered a barbecue sandwich and the sandwich was so burnt it looked like a burnt hamburger patty. I took it back in and was told that they could remake it and it would only take 2 minutes. 10 minutes later I finally got it. Now it's been 35 minutes from the start of all this. It took me a minute and a half to get back to my hotel room and serve the food. All of the ice cream and shakes were melted. Decided to give DQ another chance as I went through drive-thru window I ordered #3 combo and chicken sandwich with onion rings. Price came to a little over 18 dollars. Fries was old and limp. Onion rings was 6 small rings for 3.09 and hard due to being overcooked. Chicken Sandwich tasted like old oil with a soap aftertaste. At least the burger was okay a little sloppy. The cherry pepsi with combo was small and mostly ice with a funky taste to it. When asking for a premium price most expect a premium service but alas your squad of millennials could care less.
