Subway — Restaurant in El Paso

Terrible service. Half the time there's barely any meat on the sandwich. But, there's not a ton of options in town. Tried to order online and their website was down. Called to order over the phone. They were super rude when I tried to give them a coupon code. The manager got on the line and said, 'We can't take a coupon over the phone.' I asked if I could send the girl with the coupon- And said 'Well then we aren't going to pre-make the sandwiches.' Ridiculous. Like I'm going to stiff you on a SANDWICH. Anyway- I won't...

I ate here for lunch on a 25th birthday trip. The 6-inch tuna was made just as I wanted it, and I really appreciate the care shown to make my mom's 6-inch American Club exactly as she wanted it done too. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us, and even with helping me get my gift card to swipe the right away. I overall sincerely appreciated the good dining experience I had at this Subway and I hope to come back...

Full disclosure, have never eaten here. Waited 10 minutes through a long lunch line and watched employees using one pair of glove make sandwichs and take payment with NO glove changes the entire time. One staff member had a habit of taking off his cap, running his gloved hands through his dark hair, and then immediately grabbing bread to start a sandwich.
