My best friend and her daughter ordered flowers from here for me as a birthday gift. They live in Washington State. The flowers were beautiful and smelled so good. The arrangement looked like it had been thrown together last minute. There was a huge amount of filler greens and quite a few tightly closed buds. I called Megan and asked if the buds would open and she said they would, they didnt. I changed the water every 2 days but the buds just started dying. I did rearrange the flowers and threw away about half of the unnecessary filler greens. I feel my my friends got ripped off and have told them to call The Ivy Garden here in town where the arrangements are done with care and consideration, you dont pay for unopened flowers and excess filler greens. Very Very dissappointed and feeling bad that my friends got ripped off. 5/25/2020 Yes I did say they were beautiful because they were. The point is there was 4 times more filler greens than flowers. The flowers were beautiful but at a closer look you could tell it was just thrown together last minute. Everyone is more anxious to get off work than to do a good job. My mention of your competitor was not unfair or unjust (2 words with same meaning) just true in my opinion. I never received a personal message not sure how you could pm me. Sometimes less is more and I threw away half of your filler and just feel that people buy flowers not filler greens. So in my opinion I'd rather spend money at your competitor because I pay for flowers and not filler...

She saved my son's homecoming. We had a huge problem with our order from another place. I called her and she told me to come in right away and she would see what she could do. Then she said to give her 20-30mins and she would make him new ones. I went and had coffee at McDs and then went back. The new flowers were beautiful and everything we wanted.
