Seems like alot of customers have the same probelms over and over. Hmmmmmm

Dont recommend this place. They did an alignment for me and stripped one of my bolts. They tried saying it was a faulty part which was something else that didnt even break. On the way home I crashed and even hit a pedestrian. Glad it wasn't on the freeway and this wasn't even 12 miles or 30 minutes later. They didnt want to help me fix my car and they even had the nerve to tell me that those kinds of things happen all the time and they're not liable. Go at your own risk !!!

Yes your mechanic recommended me getting a new lower control arm but had nothing to do with the part that went bad. The lower ball joint that your mechanic tightened because he said was loose was the one that stripped and came apart on me while driving. Any (professional) shop should know that if parts on a customers car are really that severe, their vehicle shouldn't even be touched. So my car wasn't broken or messed up when it arrived because you would have denied the service. So this is just a cover up if you ask me. Plus it wasn't stated on my receipt that my parts were bad or recommending new ones asap.

Ask your mechanic and he can tell you that he messed with my lower ball joints on...

Went to get a tired fixed at the North Loop location. (Had a nail in it)The one by Valle Verde College. There was one guy working the tire service and one guy working the alignment station. Vehicle before me was getting new rims and tires. When I arrived the vehicle was already jacked up with no wheels. The young lady told me it would be about 30 to 45 mins. till the "technician" could get to my vehicle. It took 1 1/2 hours for this "technician" to finish. Finally I'm next. He then tells me "your tire is not leaking." I had checked it before I got there, that was the whole point of my visit. I had to point out the nail that was leaking(had a couple,construction vehicle). Thought he was a "technician". Anyways, finally he is done and does not hand me my keys or say "all finished" or anything. He continues on to the next vehicle. Whatever bro. I leave and I notice the same tire still has a low pressure fault. So i go back and get my tire re-filled and no apology or nothing. Real unprofessional. Maybe having another "technician" would have helped. Two hours to get a tire fixed and to not even do it right. TWO HOURS FOR NO SERVICE, MY TIRE WAS STILL FLAT,...

I payed 800 for a lift installed i got a appointment scheduled at 8am on 1/07/2021 at this location. I get their and they say they are taking it to their location in Horizon i was like ok thats fine. I go to check it at noon same day it was just sitting their in their horizon location. In my head is why schedule me at 8am and not work on it till noon i could use my car. They told me it should be done that day. I get a text later saying first thing in the morning it will be ready. They txt me at noon the next day saying its on its way to the location i left it at. That is not first thing in the morning. I get their at 1220 car is still not here still waiting its 1:06 the guy tell me oh their is a accident on horizon i look and their is no such thing traffic is fine. I am paying way to much to be dealing with this. Mine you its the most 25 min drive from horizon to this location its been over an hour.
