I live in California ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral that I was unable to attend in person. We ordered them online and were given an email receipt confirming our order. After, the funeral was already over, we received a phone call stating that the price that we paid online was not accurate, and that we needed to pay more money. Rather than calling us beforehand, she canceled our order. She also lied and said that she called beforehand and left a voicemail. There was no voicemail left. In my view, this type of thing is probably the worst thing a flower shop can do. We trusted this woman with carrying out our message of bereavement to our loved ones in our absence. Her mishandling and lack of integrity in this moment is about as unethical and harmful as you can be as a flower shop, without directly stealing money. I cannot imagine a way that a flower shop could cause more harm. Do not order flowers...

Read moreMy best friend Angela Matias passed away on Valentine's day her visitation was that following Friday she didn't have flowers at the funeral home when her husband got there so when we arrived there to purchase some they had some orders already made for her they loaded them up in her personal truck and delivered them not but after 5 mins after we left so that he had the flowers there for his wife. They gave the kids balloons etc. They eased that worry for him and make sure it was perfect for him I highly recommend them...plus there arrangements...
