Walmart — Local services in Eldon

Garden season is upon us! Had an interesting and refreshing visit today to the Eldon Walmart. I was picking up soil and compost. Saw an awesome deal on mulch that was too good to pass up and picked up 10 bags of it as well. Price on the mulch was marked at $1.32 a bag, and it seemed like the best choice out of all the different products. I had a store employee out there with me taking down my list and helping me load it into my truck. That was awesome customer service in itself!

After getting my list done, we walked into the store to pay for it all. But, the mulch I chose and thought was a REALLY good deal and purchased 10 bags of, they rang up at $3.32 instead of the marked $1.32. They made an error when they set the sign up.... BUMMER! Or was it??? The mulch I chose was actually MORE expensive mulch than the other options out there. And without my asking, the Walmart manager honored the price shown of $1.32... Who does that anymore? I said thank you, and I didn't get greedy and buy 20 more bags of it before they corrected the price.

Moral of today's story? If you do the right thing in life, life is more prone to doing the right thing right back at you. Thank...

Today at the Lebanon Mo. Wal Mart, I purchased a mountain bike on sale. I asked them if they could hold it until I got off work and could get a truck, they did. When I went to get it this afternoon, a young kid named Daniel had told them they couldnt hold it plus it wasnt the correct sku I had an associate scan it that morning and it was correct. So they returned it, he proceeded to be condescending, rude, saying how nice I got my truck etc. Basically very rude. Everyone else was wonderful, another associate got it down had tires aired up and met me at the front, so in the end they did what I always trained my staff to do. ( I was a trainer, district manager for a company). All in all I was embarrassed, and was trying very hard not to get upset. Unfortunately I was agitated after talking with him. Not the way you should treat people. I rarely complain but that was over the top. Thank you for your time. ...

This is the worst ran store ever. Myself and three other people were hired and were pending a start date for over a month. I called every day to be told the hr lady wasn't there a manager wasn't there that sum lady named Keisha would call me. And no one did. I want the hr lady job must be nice to not work for a whole month and still have a job. Them knees probably hurt real bad lmao. And Keisha whoever she is she doesn't deserve a store my dog would run and communicate better than her.

Update months later!!! Store still sucks I have been to this store 8 times and all 8 times the money order machine was down. I think the only reason this location is still even open is bc of the locals. It's a terrible place I recommend driving right past it and going...
