This is not my pharmacy but I know many people that use this pharmacy including my parents. My mom has the awful time getting her medicines refilled let's say she has seven refills goes in and there's only four or five and they tell her they'll be ready in a couple days well we go back in a couple days and sometimes they're not even available. So two days ago those refills would be ready in two days and now they don't exist. Not always nice people sometimes not always. They often call saying her medicine's ready you get up there and there's nothing. Messed up system. I don't know how many times now they've said call your doctor's office and have them resend it well my mom does that repeatedly in the pharmacy still does not have things ready. I was surprised to learn, however, that the stores and the website offer the same items but at different prices. I've found more often than not, on line shopping with in store pick up is the best way to save. Apparently, it's against the company's policies to price match online their own website prices to in store prices.
