I swear i thought i lost over 1,000 pictures off my phone and i tried everything to upload them to my computer to no avail. But jose (aka bobby) came to my rescue. He got all my pictures back and fixed the charging port to my phone, which was aparently the problem to start with. Then after fixing everything i was having problems with my service and all the trouble shooting i was doing did not help. So once again bobby came to my rescue, opened her up and found that my internal antenna was bent or not touching where it should be. The connectors on my hard drive have been damage and I could not use my hard drive anymore until I took it here to get it fixed. It has been 3 years since it happened. I have brought a new PCB board and I thought it wasn't working until the BIOS chip needs to be changed. All he did was changed the BIOS chip on to the new board, and then it worked. He saved my hard drive and my files. If you need to get your BIOS chip changed, this is the place you need to go to. Earlier this week, I managed to spill a full glass of water all across my the keyboard of my laptop. On Thanksgiving Day, I discovered that many of the keys no longer worked.

Yesterday, I took my laptop to Gadget's ER and met Roberto who didn't laugh or make fun of my accident. Instead, he listened and outlined my options. By 3:00 PM yesterday, he had diagnosed the issue and found a replacement keyboard. I picked up my laptop today.
