Raphael’s Life House located in Elizabeth, New Jersey is an organization partnered with Covenant House of New Jersey. They provide shelter for pregnant woman from different homeless youth organizations offering a variety of baby products such as, diapers, & a crib in your own room. Once you’re in the program they help you gather information to take to welfare to get food stamps, until the time you are eligibke for NJ SNAP the staff provides you with a Shoprite money card containing $50 in which you buy your own food, store it in your own refrigerator and cabinet. It’s a great place to go if you are 18 to 21 at-least 4 to 7 months pregnant. Once you give birth you are allowed to reside there until baby is 18 months and/or if you find housing before/after birth. Unfortunately I didn’t take the opportunity to go to there because of the distance from there to work but I would highly recommend this place for other young pregnant woman...

Great service when speaking to the woman who answered the. Courteous yet concerned. Only thing I want to let people know is that if you are under 4 months pregnant they cant assist you just yet so just call over to there partner The Covenant House and they'll asist you.
