I was just going to go on my way after a bad experience, but they sent me a text asking for a review. Okay, here’s what I experienced:
The staff is friendly and helpful but the company is terrible. I paid almost $5,000 for a pair of hearing aids five years ago and had problems with them all along. At the five year point they stop supporting them and refuse to repair them, claiming they no longer have parts. Sorry, but that’s their fault. Mine are now unusable. This is called planned obsolescence. Obviously they want you to get a new set. No excuse for this kind of disrespect for their customers.
So basically, they want $1,000 per year for five years, paid up front, for their hearing aids. They’ll no longer get any money from me. I’ll find another company, thank you. BTW, this company is owned by the same company that makes the...
Read moreMy experience was a lot different than I expected. I went in to get my old hearing aids checked out and left with a new upgraded and much better pair than I had. I give all the credit to Brittany who did a great job of explaining the importance of wearing hearing aids and she gave me a pair to try for a month. I'm in my second day wearing them and very pleased with how much better I can hear. I would seldom wear my old ones. Now I won't have to ask my wife all the time what did they say when we are watching TV....
Read moreWhat started as a routine annual assessment, which, once again id flunked a hearing test and resume "business as usual", turned into one of the most awe inspiring day of my life as Brittany upgraded the speaker, connecting wire and domes, providing me with clarity I've not experienced in decades in quite overwhelmed ... but most so very thankful for her insight and what I consider a miraculous "gift". I'm now "drowning" in sounds and loving life!!! Thank you soooooo much Brittany!!!...
