Terrible customer service. Not quite sure if they are running a bowling alley or some sleazy bar. Was bowling with my son, husband and his friends when an altercation between some young adults arose next to us. A beer bottle was broken by a man with my son standing right behind him as he was about to fight with the group next to him. Instead of kicking out all parties involved, the instigators were allowed to stay although the man who broke the bottle was made to leave luckily. We decided to leave in the middle of our second game because the situation scared my son and there was glass everywhere. We went to talk to front desk about getting our money back due to the fact our 3 year old son was nearly struck with the glass that flew everywhere and the violence he was exposed to. The two men working then became hostile and stated they were calling the law on us for requesting a refund. We waited outside to speak to authorities and they of course never came. Quite disappointed seeing as we spent over 50 dollars to enjoy our evening. Will...
Read moreThe experience my friends and I had tonight was NOT ok. After some people in my group noticed an extra 34% charge on their concession bill, they left a private review that they were not aware of automatic tipping. The manager immediately asked for description of register staff and refunded. While our lane was being serviced the girl at the register came over not once, but THREE separate times to aggressively “make sure there wasn’t a problem” and “it seemed like there was an attitude.” All while our group had not addressed/confronted her personally and was very cordial when she asked what the issue was. She claimed over and over that she had not pressed anything to tip herself which is beside the point after you tell customers they “have an attitude.” Overall, this situation was handled very very poorly and I wish we could’ve just left our $35 bowling game. Cumulatively, our group spent a solid $100 at the lanes and would’ve been happy to tip the young lady working had they been given the...
Read moreMy husband and I went bowling on a Friday night date night. It was so much fun! The music was 80s & 90s hair bands until about 11 & then old school rap; definitely the songs from 90s & early 2000s that got the party going & everyone's cups in the air. The lights were dim with party light balls rolling on the ceiling & blacklights lighting up everyone's smiles. We bowled a couple games, there was no wait time. It was clean, the shoes were in good condition and the lanes were definitely slick. The manager is absolutely awesome and has been running entertainment businesses on and off military bases for a long time. It is evident how much he loves those who serve and also making a great place for everyone to have fun. This is definitely a spot for all ages. They have gutter bumpers and aids for helping people of most abilities to participate. I definitely recommend this place for families, teens, or even middle-aged folks looking for a date outside of just dinner...
