Across from baptist Hardin in etown. I am a regular customer of this establishment for over 20 years. Tonight I went in and there was an already long line. I waited about 20 minutes and there were 2 customers still ahead of me, ok fine. Suddenly this huge stream of people comes filing in the door. The staff diverts one staff member to start taking orders of these people instead of finishing taking the orders of the remaining customers that were in line before the group got there(going on 25 min at this point!) No explanation from the staff on why customers already waiting have to wait while this huge group of people are getting waited on first. THEN about 6 of this group are already standing there eating their ice cream, and the staff divert ANOTHER staff member to wait on the influx, but STILL havenāt finished waiting on the ALREADY WAITING customers!! Original customers (2 of us left) STILL WAITING!!! The āleaderā of this group states they come āevery Friday nightā (so that somehow gives them privilege?!) Make it make sense BR! Lost a frequent customer. P.S. during all this, my handicap husband, who had been waiting in the car the entire time, was disappointed he didnāt get his once a week treat, but agreed we will never...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in for a quart of the jamoca ice cream and I immediately asked for the quart of ice cream and the lady list said she would be with me in a moment. I didn't take offense to it though because I work at McDonalds and understand that after you've been working it's a struggle to be friendly. However, after waiting 5 minutes to be asked what I wanted eventhough there was nobody in the store and I had already mentioned what I wanted, I patiently told the lady what I wanted.
After I had told her that she took forever to make the quart of ice cream. She was truly moving like a sloth and I had stuff I had to get done later.
She finally got finished with the ice cream and came over to ring me in, she didn't say anything to me but what my total was so I gave her a $20 bill. When she went to hand me my change she was very sloppy about it and almost threw the change into my hand and tossed the receipt to me and then without saying anything else to me, left to help the next customer.
I do not think that I will be returning to this Baskin Robin's due to the treatment that I was given.

First time this ever happened. First time I had no cake for my guests. Next day we called the store to inform them of this, the manager refused to believe there was a problem with the cake and wanted pictures ( how do you capture bad smell on camera?). At my insistence that there was something "off" with the cake, we were told to return the cake if we wanted a refund ( we did return it, because we weren't going to eat it, but really?
