1 Star is too many. They are condescending, arrogant, and want you to know that they know A LOT more than you do. On top of that, they do not stand behind their product. They installed a system that failed, and then when I brought it back they did their level best to blame me for the way it was wired. Ummmmmm - YOU wired it. After much effort on my part, they agreed to replace the components, but guess what? they don't have any in stock. After 10+ days, and a lot of getting the runaround, I give up - my time is worth more than to jerk around with their excuses and runaround. Hope they enjoy my money - they wont get any more of it. By contrast, I had another of my vehicles done at their competitor Blue... and was treated professionally and had the job done right. I use to visit an autosound in Louisville. I walked into this location in Radcliff the other day to get an estimate and all around idea for a nice system. I told them my budget and they gave me a very good run down of what that budget could get me. The service was very kind and extremely helpful. I got what I came for straight to the point. Soon I will be returning to pay for and have them install a system. I'll be giving this car to my son when he gets his license but he doesn't know it yet. They do great work!! I went yesterday and got exactly what I wanted. They were patient and talked me through everything and made sure that I was comfortable with the choice that I made. Once he knew that he went to work and even went a step above by securing my speaker so it wouldn't move around. Once he was finished he showed me everything that was done and even talked me through the process of taking it out if I wanted but if I didn't feel comfortable I could always come back and he would do it. Great customer service, great products, great work. I will definitely be going back for more work...
