Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Radcliff

Absolutely atrocious experience. This was the second time I ordered here. I usually order from Dominos but I try to give others a chance occasionally. This experience reminded me why I don't pick anything other than Dominos more often.

I ordered several items and a 2 liter and when they got here, they gave me several boxes with my food but I didn't see a 2 liter. I told them I ordered one and they said "Hold on let me go check". They got back in their car and left, without saying anything else. So I went inside and checked out the food to make sure everything was there. Well the food was correct, but it seemed undercooked and stale. The cheese wasn't even melted in several parts. I also ordered blue cheese to go with one of my items but they gave me ranch. I verified all of this on my receipt as well. So they said they would send another driver out to get me the 2 liter. I ended up getting everything I ordered (minus the blue cheese) but the food itself as I mentioned earlier, was stale and just didn't taste or look fresh at all.

I would highly not recommend this particular Papa Johns location. I will never order from here again. Sticking to Dominos...

Pizza on the left barely had any cheese on it. One on the right had so much sauce the toppings slid off after picking a slice up. This isn't my issue with this location. The workers on the evening shift. Definitely need to take some customer service courses. When I called last time about my issue of no cheese and toppings swimming in sauce. The young guy that answered was rude and very short with his answers. Don't know who's in charge of that location but they definitely need a different career. If that's how they run that place. Always get an attitude when asking for extra garlic butter or seasoning packets. Now the Papa John's across town by the interstate. That's the one to go to. They're always friendly and the pizzas are great. Never an issue there. Wouldn't be an issue but my daughter loves Papa John's. When she was visiting last weekend. That's what we decided to have for dinner. After little to no cheese and eat to much sauce. We couldn't eat it. What was the point if it's not made how we want it. Called to place an order for delivery this evening at 4:30pm. Got transfered to a call center. After 20 minutes the lady at the call center transfered me to the actual location because their system wasnt working. I finally ordered and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Thought all was well that has been the normal time frame then last couple times we ordered. Hour later I heard something scratching around my front door. Thought it might be the delivery person??? Nope. I opened my door to find an animal chewing on one of the pizza box that was thrown on my porch. NO ONE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR! They had to get out of their car and walk a little ways to my porch AND NO ONE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR!!! The thing that bothers me is they gave my order to some door dash person and it was just thrown on my porch and half of the order was missing and the other had been scavenged by god knows what. Now we have to wait even longer for dinner. 2 hours later and the fact that they are remaking our order may not be enough for us to ever order from the Dixie...
