Luxury Smoke & Vape — Local services in Elk Grove Township

After having a bad experience with this store last year, I decided to give them another shot. They are close by me and have a great selection of products.

It was going okay for a while. I was paying a reasonable price for an item on a recurring basis. Every employee charged me the same price on 5 separate occasions. Two of them identified themselves as owners at various times. More on that later.

This morning, I went in to get that item again and was told a different and higher price. I expressed to the employee what I had been paying on a regular basis. He asked me who charged me that price and I described the employees who charged me that. He was explosively hostile and fast talking. He stated one of the employees I described didn’t exist (he does) and that he “wasn’t mad at me” but also strongly implied I wasn’t telling the truth. He also stated that he, in fact, is the owner. So that’s 3 separate employees who identified themselves as owners, 2 of which charged me the same low price for my item.

I would’ve happily paid the higher price and understood the mistake and continued shopping here if this “owner” had been in any way friendly, conciliatory or polite. We could’ve easily shared a laugh about it and I would’ve continued shopping. Instead, this guy spastically called and texted his other employees, interrupted me when I tried to move forward with shopping, and made the entire situation manic and painful.

Guess it’s my mistake for giving them another chance. It’s a shame because they are conveniently located and some of the other employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

I went down the road to Central Smoke who, by the way charged me a higher price than what I paid at luxury, but is welcoming, consistent, polite, and fair.

Don’t ever go to those smoke shops luxury in Schaumburg n and the other 10 mins they will take your money be careful, u will be scammed, and they sell it illegal and they have legal fake vapes make sure you try them before you leave don’t get scammed !!!! I was working with these guys I know all their games I find a little vape with my little brother and they tried to send little kids under 15 to give em free vape plus they don’t care about checking IDs make sure y’all go report it to the police...
